The short answer is Yes (see INV110 warehouse master maintenance), the how answer can get extremely long, you can spend an entire day just discussing the various ways of controlling the allocation of inventory in BPCS. Your options are far more extensive than just the switch in INV110. RickCarter@holl ey.com To: BPCS-L@midrange.com Sent by: cc: owner-bpcs-l@mi Subject: Allocating inventory drange.com 12/02/1999 09:09 AM Please respond to BPCS-L AS400 Mixmode BPCS 6.1 version We have several warehouses around the country and we currently are allocating inventory at these facilities. Can I turn off allocation for some of these warehouses but still allocate at others. IF the warehouse is defined as it's own facility, can this be accomplished. We currently have the flag in IIM set for allocation but I'm thinking this can be controlled by facility# and then I can pick and choose which facility I want to allocate inventory. Any thoughts. +--- | This is the BPCS Users Mailing List! | To submit a new message, send your mail to BPCS-L@midrange.com. | To subscribe to this list send email to BPCS-L-SUB@midrange.com. | To unsubscribe from this list send email to BPCS-L-UNSUB@midrange.com. | Questions should be directed to the list owner: dasmussen@aol.com +--- +--- | This is the BPCS Users Mailing List! | To submit a new message, send your mail to BPCS-L@midrange.com. | To subscribe to this list send email to BPCS-L-SUB@midrange.com. | To unsubscribe from this list send email to BPCS-L-UNSUB@midrange.com. | Questions should be directed to the list owner: dasmussen@aol.com +---
