As far as I can tell, it gets created at install time and never gets updated 
afterward.  I suspect that Marc's problem typing program names on the menu is 
because this data area is used to tie the version/release back to the ZXO 
file.  I create multiple new environments all the time outside of BPCS, and 
have never had to modify this data area.  Could be because we always update 
ZXO in production with new object names...
