I have just looked at the Y2K BMR listing posted by Slawomir to his own web site, purporting to be SSA's BMR listing. It is not the same as what SSA has posted on their OGS site. The listing on SSA's web site is also updated daily, and thus is not a static listing. I would not recommend using the Y2K BMR listing posted by waligura@yahoo.com (Slawomir Waligura). Instead, I would recommend that if you do not have OGS access to see this list yourself, you either call the SSA Helpline and request they send you the latest version of the listing, or contact your SSA representative to get this information in it's updated form from them. As regards the Performance Tuning Guide, it is old (1997) and not very useful for 6.1.00 - it is clearly marked as a 6.0.02 guide. In addition, it is a questionable practice to take a companies (SSA in this case) copywritten information which they sell as part of a service (OGS), and post it on your own personal web site, and then advertise it to others. I question the morals of posting this information, as well as the legal aspects of posting it.
