The following is a list of reorganization jobs and the order in which SSA
suggests they should be run. They should be valid over most versions of
BPCS, at least from 4.03 through 6.004. There are other reorganization jobs
that run only at month-end, but the following jobs can be run anytime. As
always, it's best to have a current backup before running, just in case.

1 - SFC990 - Cleanup Operations and Material, FMA and FOD files
2 - ORD990 - Cleanup Customer Orders, ECL, ECS, ECH, and ELA files
3 - SYS990 - Cleanup Allocations, ILI, ILN, FMA, and ECL files
4 - INV971 - Reset On-Order & Allocations, IIM, IWI files
5 - INV972 - Reset Onhand Balances, IIM, IWI, ILN files

Subject: Inventory allocations

There are Inventory allocations in the wareohuses which are not related to
any orders. Due to these allocations we cannot enter orders. Is that right
way to update ILI file manually to remove these allocations? Please help me.

Thanx

Chandra Rao.
