We remove our triggers before month end. We are on BPCS 4.05CD and it saves
us quite a bit of time. If all you are doing is the inventory roll, it
shouldn't have any affect on you because all you are doing is moving your
inventory from one bucket to another (Receipts/Adjustments/Issues to
Openning balance). Files such as FSO where you may be purging records, you
will have to make a decision as to whether it is more efficient to remove
the triggers and then re-initialize the file after month end or to leave the
triggers in place.
