ECM - Customer order processing

Hello everybody,

Does any body have any experiene with customer order processing using ECM ?
We need to input 1000 customer orders every night and we are not sure that the
process will finish during the night (9 hours).
We work with BPCS6.0.04 Sep Unix/Oracle .
