Bob,
We moved from BPCS 4.0 to 6.0.4. in Feb 99. We were on a 620 but performance
was so bad after the conversion, we have had to move to a 720 running V4R3,
double the disk and memory sizes. BPCS 6.0 requires more resources due to SQL
preformance issues and the all AS/SET version of the programs are much larger
than the 4.0 verisons. SSA is now telling us the we need to go to 6.1 because
of problems with 6.0.4. The converison to 6.0.4 has not been a good one. You
may call me at 972 442 8643 after Oct10.
