        Milt,

Your 16 point Y2K Supplier's Interrogation is most amusing.
Obviously you
guys at Unbeaten Path are not very busy these days, such that you
have the
        time to write such nonsense.
With less than 100 days to go, no BPCS user can afford to take risks
with
unproved software. The most important point is that the software has
proven
itself in hundreds of cases, therefore eliminating the risk of
technical
problems, and providing the comfort that their BPCS application and
mods
        are Y2K compliant.

Therefore I submit my 5 point Y2K Suppliers Interrogation.

        1. Has the Y2K software supplier successfully installed its Y2K
software
in HUNDREDS of Blue Chip BPCS companies around the globe. Therefore
encountering ever possible variation of BPCS and possible
modification.

        2. Has the Y2K software supplier and products been endorsed by
SSA,

        3. Can the Y2K software be installed on-site and ready for testing
within
3 days and LIVE within 5-10 days.

4 Does the software require a patent, therefore increasing the
price due
        to external royalty payment requirements.

        5. Do I have to send my BPCS source, objects, and confidential
company
data to the supplier and thus risk breaches of company
confidentiality.

(6). Can the Y2K supplier offer a choice of hundreds of BPCS
reference
sites in over 55 countries that currently use the Y2K software and
verify
        points 1-5.

        Subject: [Part 3.a of 4] 16 Point Y2K Supplier's Interrogation

This is part 3.a of a 4 part message. It looks like the third piece
was
still too long for the List. (Probably the html stuff at the
bottom).
