Dear Sir,
We have helped companies with a rigorous form of
testing called "Regression Testing." This has been used in
environments of validating that Y2K repaired code functions the same as pre-Y2K
repair code. However, I think that the principles are very similar and it would
be rigorous enough for a pharmaceutical-based system verification. Here's a
hot-link for your review:

-----Original Message----- Hello Community! From: Ralph_Steffen@astamedica.pt <Ralph_Steffen@astamedica.pt> To: BPCS-L@midrange.com <BPCS-L@midrange.com> Date: Wednesday, September 15, 1999 9:33 AM Subject: Upgrade to 6.1 in Pharmaceutical Industrie Has someone of you interesting points to mention concerning the installation/validation of version 6.1 in Pharmaceutical Industrie (production)? We are about to finish our prototype validation and I am afraid if we forgot something. Our old version (4.0.04 AS/400) is running "quite" well (sometimes I think of Ghosts or Gremlins) but the validation process is "too" sucessful.
