I recall someone from SSA telling me about 'group jobs' that hold files
open.  I cannot remember all the details, but we found that certain programs
held files open even after returning to a bpcs menu.  The display sessions
that have open files usually show up prefixed with a + on the WRKACTJOB
display.  Signing the display session off closed the files.

Our users now have an initial program that calls the bpcsmenu program only
after transferring the session to a different interactive subsystem.  When
performing backups and the like, we ensure the subsystem is first ended.
