You are experiencing a Y2K problem?  The program is adding 1 to 99 and coming
up with 0.  0 is obviously not within 1 of 99.

2 options:

1. Fix the program by allowing a value of 99.
2. Use STRDFU to manually open and close the periods in the file GPM.  (Be
careful doing it this way).
