Which version of BPCS is that ?
We installed 6.0.02 PLF CUM March 98 and could not locate the document you
are talking about (no SEC directory gets created).

There is one specially for CEA that is placed on your PC during install of
the client if you told it to install documentation and chose c:\Program
Files as the install directory. It might answer a few of your generic
questions too:

c:\Program_Files\BPCSCS\DOC\SEC\Secguide.doc
