You didn't mention a version, so I'll assume V5 plus.  For batch processing, 
CL programs SYS003B and SYSOVRC have to be modified to not reload the printer 
defaults from the workstation data area and SSASYS with a secure override.  
There's a third program for interactive jobs, but my clients have always 
taken my advice not to allow interactive print so I don't recall what it is.
