BPCS CD documentation

Does anyone know if there are copies of the BPCS CD documentation in a PDF
or Word format. I have printed various version of the documentation using
the "DOC" module within BPCS and have yet to discover the right combination
of print control to get pagination to work.

Also, has anyone in the pharmaceutical industry validated BPCS CD? I know
last year SSA was offering various Test cases for v6.xx but I have not
heard anything regarding the CD product.
