Some more detail on your inquiry.

The .exe files on the PC workstation also have corresponding .dll files
(dynamic link libraries) in the \program files\bpcscs directory on the PC.
The .ini files containing configuration info for each of these programs is
located in the \windows directory. These were originally written in C and I
know of nobody who has ever gotten the source and modified it. There are
server programs behind these too, but much of the logic is on the PC. The
same is true of COM and OLM.
