There might be a couple of issues, but the 9401-150 would provide you with an
environment to change the date and evaluate Year 200 cross over.

The DASD capacity of the 9401-150 is only 29GB, supported at V4R2, so do you
have enough space on the 150 to create a large enough test environment?
The CPW rating of the 150 is 13 Interactive/20 batch. The 9405-510, depending
upon the model, has a 2-5 times higher CPU rating. IBM is going to with
withdraw V3R7 in 2Q00 (already announced), you might want to consider moving up
to V4R2 before to soon.

If it is possible to create your BPCS 6.0.0.2 environment on the 9401-150, you
could always use performance tools and BEST/1 sizer to develop an estimate
performance capability of if it was running on the 510 system.
