Back in a previous life I wrote the code which allowed multiple MRP generations
(for different facilities) to be run simultaneously (it created logicals on the
fly and all sorts of goodies).  There's a flag in the facility master which
prevents more than one gen per facility at any time, but doesn't prevent other
facilities from being run.  How that has evolved through the releases, though,
is a different issue.
