What the employees of those customers do might be a different matter. Personally, I'd be a little skeptical of a "comprehensive" ERD from _ANYONE_. My last primary client, with an inhumanly overqualified staff BTW, got just over halfway through a comprehensive BPCS ERD and gave up because it was becoming illegible on their "E" size plotter...
