General changes in CDM run times means one of two things. Either a larger
change in the amount of RAR records or someone added addition conditions in
which to CDM search on.

Subject: CDM602 Poor Performance

Has anyone got any ideas on the following problem:

We've just experienced a huge increase in the run-time of CDM602. We are
running BPCS 6.0.02 PLF Mixed Mode and run CDM602 daily.

For over a year CDM602 ran at a constant 11 minutes until 2 weeks ago
when the runtime jumped to 1hr50. It has not since deviated from this
time by more than a few minutes. On investigation it seems that CDM600B
is the program to blame especially when reading and updating RAR. I have
tried several BMRs and created a new logical file on RAR (RRID, RCCUS,
RREF) but nothing seems to have any effect.

I have confirmed that no changes occurred at this time but suspect that
the change must be data related in some way.

Any ideas?

Thanks,
