outside operations

We have a final unit that is assembled outside.  A router was set up
using an outside operation to which I added the outside operation cost(
all at the router level-SFC100).  This work is all set up in a seperate
work centre( outside operations).  I rolled up the standards ( cst600)
and in the cost inquiry( cst300) I do not see the value of the outside
operation.  What am I missing??
