You can retain costed POs and still run PUR900 by using an 'Upper Last Transaction Date' of a period in the past. For instance to keep them a year, use 1 year ago's date. PUR900 will delete costed POs older than this date. It is not the date of the month end. By doing this you can control the retention of closed POs.
