Hello Andrew,

"technically" I see no problem having exactly the same environment set-up
(library lists..) with regards to modifications, upgrades,...
You would simply set up each environment library list with exactly the same
PTF, MOD and BMR libraries but with a different files libraries. This way
all your modifications and upgrades (and possibly BMRs) will be added to all
your environments. If it would be necessary to modify the actual database
during upgrades, then SSA provide a tool with each version (as you are
already on V6002, going to V6004 or 6.1 should not be very difficult).
The BPCS Security files have already been discussed here before. Copying
security information between environments is not a problem....

Having different environments may also give you the opportunity to manage
your machine workload a little differently.... with TCPIP access I usually
have different environments running in different subsystems....etc.

Regards,

Ciaran.
