The easiest way I know how to do this the following.
1) Capture the Local Data Area of a BPCS Job and save it in a data area for this job.
2) Retrieve this data area and change the jobs data area to match it.
3) Change any parameters in the LDA needed to run the job.
4) Change the Library list to what BPCS needs - the INLIBL data area.

Back to the drawing board on the last effort, due to revised understandings.
The job worked on-line, because BPCS Environment Library List etc. setup.
It worked when placed on scheduler then told to run immediately, because
Library List. of person who told it to run, got used.
If did not work when the clock struck "Time to Execute" because we needed to
supply it with some of the setup that is in BPCSMENU.
