Gary,

Unfortunately, there is no FRW file.  FRW stands for Financial Report 
Writer and it is a program that creates an .mdb file and downloads it to 
a PC for processing by FRW.

I'm not sure what makes the download faster or slower but I can tell you 
that I acheived speeds that were 4 time faster when I've tried 
downloading from different computers.
