Al asks: Is there a dead tree reference text containing the kind of stuff in
SSA DOC & also the kind of stuff we wish SSA had documented where we could
easily find it, but they didn't?

This reference would be nicely cross-indexed so we could look up what all
those codes in the Customer Order files mean, or back trace the major fields
that get updated in what files of the normal flow of an application, to help
with meaningful Query, or other reporting tools, without spending an eternity
of digging.
