Backflushing Problems

BPCS  v6.0.02  MixMode

1) when backflushing, wrong whse location is used, Not using the one in the 
routing data.

2) Components backflush multiple times from one labor ticket.  This causes 
two 'CS' Component Scrap transactions to be created along with multiple 'CI' 
Component issues.  The issues quantity in the ILI shows a greater quantity 
than should be.
