Value of WIP Inventory -- BPCS-L

We recently went live with V6.0.2 - 11/17/97 cum - then because of all the BMR's that were applied had to convert to 3/17/98 cum. (and we're still applying BMR's) - and yes along the way we made an emergency upgrade of the AS400 to avoid totally shutting down our business. The software problems have really screwed up inventory quantities that we intend to straighten out at the end of this month.

Has anyone out there figured out a way to adjust WIP quantities by operation and a way to value work orders at various levels of completion?

Would appreciate any help we can get on this.
