Mario, 

Try Ironside Technologies, for the web-based order entry.  Check them out
at www.ironside.com.  They have an out-of-the-box integration to BPCS for
v4.0.5CD and 6.0.  I'm sure it could be modified for v3.0.  I'm assuming
you've already addressed your Y2K issue with v3.0.
