There's no way to do it without a manually-created CL front end.  The only way
to do overrides in AS/Set is a call to QCMDEXC.  Unfortunately, you cannot
perform the required "OPEN" afterward on a print file.  My current primary
client purchased a "report distribution" package to handle this situation.
For single copies, I modified SYS003B and SYSOVRC to not reset the LDA based
upon the system control data area.
