It may have been, come to think of it.  I don't recall exactly which program
was involved, as the problem was fixed several months ago.  If you're under
maintenance, you can join OGS online for free at www.ssax.com.  Their search
tools get better all the time, and the site is quite useful for finding things
like this.  Sometimes fixes will be made at a higher release level and not
retrofitted to yours, but if you can raise enough of a ruckus you can
sometimes obtain the retrofit.  Just remember that you may have to search
_all_ releases to find an answer.
