We _were_ a 6.0.2 C/S AS400 client, but put implementation on hold due to difficulties with our SSA consultant's failure to grasp our needs. After numerous meetings where we assured by our consultants that BPCS would be able to satisfy our business requirements, we eventually discovered that we didn't realize that they meant "with sizable modifications or add on products ($$$)". One questions that we continually asked of our consultants was to be given a list of customers with similar business practices, but we never really got a satisfactory answer. Although they did throw out some names, either the companies they listed were on previous versions, or weren't really similar to our company. So there are companies out there. You might check out the SSA web site (www.ssax.com ). They probably have a reference list of successful implementations (our name won't be on there). I think you are on the right track trying to find answers from outside SSA. The organization seems to be swamped at this moment and SSA response to questions seems to be generally slow. This probably wasn't the answer that you were looking for, but I hope it helps out. Tyler M.
