I second Scott's suggesting of creating a simple page to do the post; that
said I'd quite possibly go with curl depending on what you want to test as
you can get a lot of flexibility using a scripting tool.

I've posted plenty of forms using perl and PHP and I've seen plenty of other
examples in other languages. The best method/tool might depend on what
languages you are familiar with.

It appears like the problem is Poster. It doesn't seem to send the POST data
to the program. Can anyone suggest a different program or Firefox extension
that can be used for testing programs like this? Free is preferred.
