Has anyone written an RPG subfile load program to "feed" a php script? (forgot to subcribe first, may be duplicate)

I want to preserve my logic in my RPG subfile programs, and use those to
load parms to a PHP program to present via an HTML page. I have been
mulling this over in my mind. I think the best way to do it is pass parms
of the lines of the subfile, along with information in the control section
of the subfile. You would also need to know what key you left off at when
reading in the RPG program. Also actions taken on the HTML page.

Has anyone out there written anything like that? Or thought of it? Or has
a better idea how to do it? Thanks.
