out now. Much appreciated! Who needs IBM support with midrange.com at
your fingertips?

One other question .... generally speaking will a fairly simple server
instance created at V5R3 work OK at other OS release levels? Any gotchas
to watch out for?

configuration file (in the IFS); you can copy that to another
directory and edit it.
