Web server will not shut down -- WEB400

Web server will not shut down

I am using the "IBM Web Administration for i5/OS" on port 2001. I have a server that I want to stop and it just sits in "stopping" status. Is there another way to stop this server?

Am I the only one using this tool? Is it a bad tool?
