In Larry's macro, S1 is the "name" of the form, but not the "id". So Alfredo's code properly referenced the form:

document.forms["S1"].action = Action;
document.forms["S1"].submit( );

The following would also properly reference the form:

document.forms[0].action = Action;
document.forms[0].submit( );
