Ah... good point. What's your max threads setting?

*NOMAX - assuming you mean "wrksbsd qhttpsvr/qhttpsvr" option one (and six,
for that matter).

Also, this server only has me and another developer in it - so there is on
one CGI job running. The production version (w/multiple CGI jobs has the
same issue).
