That may be problematic.  I don't know if the V5R1 tool is sold anymore.  If
it is, you should be able to order it the same way you ordered the V4 tool.
By the bye, V5R1 precedes V4.0.

That's right.  The V4 WDSC matches WAS 4, and the V5R1 WDSC matches WAS 3.x.
I don't have WAS 3.5.6 here, but can you export the project as a WAR file
instead of a file system?
