CTRL+SHIFT+NUM-PLUS ? Talk about some finger contortions... :(

I checked the key bindings on Windows, but I didn't see anything listed for
the arrow keys.

Try CTRL+SHIFT+NUM-PLUS (numeric keypad plus).
