I did mean that SWMA is approximately 20% of the original price.  You can
get the original price reduced by trading up from ADTS and that will
reduce your SWMA.  This is available through your business partner as
confirmed by Alison.

From what I saw posted, the $200 came about when Edmund's email
contained
the value 20$.  I guess they thought he missed a 0 and meant 200$.

The cost is 20% of the original cost.  The current cost of an
"Authorized
user" is $1180 so 20% would be $236.  That's still not $246 but it's
closer.
