Extracting a zip with 7zip is SO much faster that the "native" unzipper (on Windows at least).   Once I saw the difference, I never make the mistake of unzipping with whatever Microsoft calls it's archive tool....that might account for the slowness if you aren't using 7zip.

It would just be nice to have a short, concise (i.e. one page of bullet points) step-by-step on how to do this - I somehow think this would be a monumental task for IBM (LOL). It's been a while, but I vaguely recall similar frustrations with a previous install.

Maybe this is a bigger hurdle to SEU users than you think?
