Also, taking the address of a procedure using %paddr() (a locally defined
proc, no prototype) is marked as USED in the outline, but has a little blue
"i" flag next to the "P spec" and says it is not used.

Also, displaying the "not used" notation for a data structure defined with
likeds (or likerec) and one or more subfields are not used is not useful
since we cannot remove subfields from the structure.
