The outline will not be created if there are certain errors in the code that the outline parser (I assume there's a parser) can't figure out - it can be a comment line that starts in the wrong position, and EndXX missing, etc.

So look at the edges of the editor - I think the right-hand edge will have little decorations that can show where errors are - or it's on the left-hand side - I look both places for this stuff.

There's a lot going on on the edges of the editor - it's worth a look, methinks!

I've got some source members that never get an Outline. No idea what causes it.

Subject: [WDSCI-L] Outline View Quit Working

Hello....

This morning, 11/16, I restarted my PC and opened RDi, started working in my current source member and noticed that the Outline View was blank. I have tried refreshing the Outline View. I saved any changes I had already made, closed the member and reloaded it. I have ended and restarted RDi. I disconnected and reconnected my Connections and haven't had any success. I just recently installed RDi so I believe I have the latest version, 9.5.1.0. The member I am working with is an SQLRPGLE type and yesterday the Outline was showing and being updated as I made revisions in the code. If anyone has any suggestions I would appreciate the help.
