I would venture to say that it is entirely a focus thing. When you click
into the edit window then I suspect that the Compile menu actions are
active. However if you click away on the Eclipse toolbar Save icon for
example that takes focus away from the edit window and gives it to Eclipse.
Now when you try to compile from the menu it is grayed out. Click back
into the edit window to give it focus then all should be peachy.

I don't think so... I'm aware of that issue. This is more intermittent.
It occurs (sometimes) when I edit a member, use ctrl-/ to create a comment,
click save icon, then click on compile menu option. Typically when I have
more than one source member open full screen with the members tiled
vertically.

I cannot reproduce it at will.

Any idea why the compile options are greyed out when the cursor is
located on a comment line of free format calcs?? Not a huge deal, but
kind of a pain.

There is a longstanding issue with focus; one which keeps popping up as the
base Eclipse changes. If the focus is not on the editor pane, the compile
options are greyed out.

I'm not much of a mouser - I'm a keyboarder, so I've developed the habit of
pressing F12 pretty much all the time. This sends focus to the editor.

So this may not be a case of where the cursor is located; it may be a case
of missing focus.
