I happened to be editing XML, and it put me in the XML editor instead of
LPEX in one case.
On another system, it took me into LPEX, where I found the Hex edit line
as expected.
I'll pay more attention to what editor it opens.

That's exactly where it is on my RDi 9.5.0.2.
Right click a source line, Source > Hex edit line
Or Alt + Shift + H
