What happens when you click your restore button? I can make my workspace look like your my clicking the minimize button and rearranging the windows, but clicking the restore button brings me back to what I, and probably you as well, are used to seeing.

That's what I complained about in my original post. I *USED* to have a
maximize button. I'd like it back. If we see different options then
there must be some control somewhere. I gave Buck credit for telling me
to double click on the tab to get it to maximize but I have to take that
back :) The double click does the same as restore.
