In the monitor popup, type "variable [:X|:C] ####" where ### is the
length you want to show and select :X for hex and :C for characters.
You do this same thing to see more than 1024 as well.

Thanks, Matt

Subject: [WDSCI-L] Displaying Based variables in debug

I have a procedure that receives a pointer as a parameter. There's also
a local data structure that is based on that pointer. When I mouse-over
one of the DS fields in debug, I just get the definition. If I try to
create a monitor, it gives me a CPF8E28 error.

Is there some way to display the contents of a data structure based on a
pointer?
