Diagram view

In the Application Diagram view, right-clicking to open a context menu, the
available menu items shown are incorrect.

1. Some extra actions are shown which are incorrect and do not belong.
eg. 'Load Resource', 'Restore on IBM i...'.

2. Some expected actions do not appear in the menu.
eg. 'Find Main Entry Point',

3. Some items in the menu may be blank, with no text visible.

The context menu was correct in RDP 8.5.1.
