I'm working with a 3rd party software product, which allows modification.
It makes heavy use of service programs, and copy books to define all the
variables for those service programs. When I compile an RPGLE program, it
generates a rather large listing with warnings about the thousands of
variables that were not used. I filter these out in WDSC, however, it
takes WDSC a long time to load that list and filter everything out. Is
there anyway to improve this situation? I assume that the best solution
would be to exclude this stuff on the host system, but I haven't found a
way to do it.
