OK, I am running out of possibilities to try! :)

In my xml file, there are no new-lines or any spaces outside of the XML
elements for formatting. This shouldn't be a problem normally, but you
can never tell.

I tried to use your compileCommands.xml file and had a lot of problems
that I couldn't get to the bottom of, so if you want to start again
quickly then look at my user page on the Midrange wiki
<http://wiki.midrange.com/index.php/User:PabloMotte> where I have
temporarily included my (mostly) default compileCommand.xml file so that
you can cut&paste it onto your system.

Sorry I can't help any further.

Best regards,
Paul

Subject: Re: [WDSCI-L] WDSC -Rational 7.0 - Compile(prompt) Error

The entity describes as :
<compilename
current="CRTRPGMOD MODULE(&O/&N) SRCFILE(&L/&F)
SRCMBR(&N) REPLACE(&R) OPTION(*EVENTF) DBGVIEW(*SOURCE)"
default="CRTRPGMOD MODULE(&O/&N) SRCFILE(&L/&F)
SRCMBR(&N) REPLACE(&R) OPTION(*EVENTF) DBGVIEW(*SOURCE)"
id="user.MY2CRTRPGMOD" labeleditable="true" menu="Both"
name="MY2CRTRPGMOD" nature="User defined" order="2"
stringeditable="true" />

is a mine compile command.

I remove this but the result don't change.
I ' ve always the same problem.
